Dealing with Negative Thoughts
It is inevitable that we will have negative thoughts from time to time. What can be done about them? How can we keep them from bringing us down further? This workshop will help you become more aware of and better able to recognize negative thought patterns. We will also discuss ways of working through your negative thoughts to prevent them from further hijacking your actions and emotions. There is no reason to stay stuck in a loop of negative thinking.
