This workshop explains how working towards acceptance, rather than constantly resisting what life brings, can actually lessen the pain we feel and ultimately allow us to feel more at peace. We will also discuss how acceptance does not mean giving up or resigning oneself to the way that things are, and how acceptance and change can coexist.
