Everyday Mindfulness

Whether you are new to mindfulness or have some experience, this workshop will help you learn how to live more fully in the present moment. So often, we spend our time dwelling on the past or worrying about the future and we miss out on much of what is happening today. Mindfulness helps us take our minds and bodies off of “auto-pilot” in an effort to live a more aware and connected life. This workshop will provide you with simple ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life through both formal and informal practices.
