Who are the workshops for?
Everyone!  Really, any teen or adult would benefit from attending a workshop.  The topics are selected and designed to be relevant to anyone open to learning and growing as a person.

What can I expect from a workshop?
Workshops will be held with anywhere between 3 and 8 participants. There will likely be a combination of presentation, activities and exercises as well as group discussion.  The hope is that you will gain useful knowledge and tools to take with you and use long after the workshop ends.

How long does the workshop last?
Most workshops take place during a single session and will last approximately  1 1/2 to 2 hours.

What is the cost of the workshop?

Do I have to be a therapy client to take one of the workshops?
Absolutely not.  While the topics focused on during the workshops would likely complement what you may be working on if you are in therapy, the workshops are intended to be just as helpful for people who aren’t in therapy.

Are the workshops a substitute for therapy?
No.  Similarly, the workshops are not a form of group therapy.  They are meant to be informative and useful, but not in any way a replacement for therapy.  Discussions will be kept at a group level and will not focus on problems of the individuals attending the workshop.

Can you present a workshop to my work/support group/book club/etc.?
